How to deal with the construction boom apartments?
The apartment has been renovated, retaining ~ 90% of the previous (2007) premises and finishes. Repairs have been carried out with minimal resources, changing the finish only in the part where the installations need to be modified.
The layout has been changed in the entrance part - the entrance to the apartment has been redesigned (a bathroom was built here before the renovation).
The entrance and kitchen area have a vertical board finish painted with white linseed oil.
