Territory development in Sigulda
The project includes development of an 8.113 ha plot of land between Zinātnes, Helmaņa, Klusā and Griezes streets. Of this, an area of 1,823 ha in the eastern part of the plot is planned as a public building area, intended for a variety of service-oriented uses.
The architectural solutions of this territory borrows the surrounding “small” forms of industrial architecture and combine them into a modern, unified ensemble. The rest of the land becomes a residential area, the location and size of which respects the characteristics of the surrounding buildings in Sigulda. A modern, inclusive life model is emerging, where the public function coexists and complements the residential area.
